इस योजना का जन्म "शब्दों का जादू" और रचनात्मक एवं मनोरंजक शाब्दिक खिलवाड़ के फ़ायदे लोगों को अपनी ही भाषाओं में उपलब्ध कराने की इच्छा से पैदा हुआ था. वैसे तो बाज़ार में ढेर सारे शाब्दिक खेल हैं, मगर अफसोस की बात है कि वे सब अंग्रेज़ी में हैं. भारतीय भाषाओं में कोई ऐसा "पूरा" शाब्दिक खेल नहीं है जो मात्राओं और "अर्धाक्षर" - जो भारतीय भाषाओं में आवश्यक हैं - को ध्यान में रख कर बनाया गया हो. शाब्दिक खेल मतलब अंग्रेज़ी शाब्दिक खेल - हमने इस विचार को चुनौती दी है. हमने इस विचार को बदलने का फैसला किया है ... भारतीय भाषाओं के लिए अपने ही देश में बनाए गए शाब्दिक खेल के साथ.

This project was born out of a desire to make available the "magic of words" and the benefits of creative and entertaining word play to people in their own languages. A plethora of word game products are available in the market, but sadly, they are all in English. There is no “total” word game in Indian languages that takes into account the maatraas and "half consonants" that are indispensable in Indian languages. We challenged the notion that word games mean word games in English. We decided to change that perception by having indigenously developed word games...in Indian languages!
